Standard and optional features;
Design:
- Half height turnstile for internal use
- Wall or floor mounted models available
- Fully stainless steel model as standard, however can be powder coated to RAL colour of choice
- 304 grade stainless steel body 316 grade stainless steel arms
- Can be easily integrated with railings/barriers providing the same look and feel throughout the desired area
Operation:
- Manually operated arms
- Available as mechanical only unit or controlled in either or both directions
- Can be controlled via any access control unit which gives out a volt free contact (supplied separately)
- Free rotation on power failure or activation of fire alarm
- Can be alarmed with under or over sensors

This turnstile was designed to extend our range with a more aesthetically pleasing look with its smooth and sleek exterior which is not traditionally achievable via metal cabinet units. It is constructed with glass reinforced plastic giving this model dependable toughness.

This turnstile offers the benefit of being more affordable that the prestigious Premier model due to its simpler lines and construction yet still projects the image of an elegant, robust and uncompromising unit.
This turnstile can also be fitted with a stylish drop arm as it offers completely free and unhindered exit in an emergency situation, as the battery power pack (which can be either built into the turnstile unit or situated remotely) unlocks the arm from the horizontal position and drops the arm down to a vertical position. The added benefit to this option is the automatic reset once the arm has been dropped, as the mechanism rotates on itself and then drops the arm back into position.

This stylish 2 or 3* arm version of the Elite turnstile is motorised for higher throughput near silent operation and enables automatic free passage in an emergency situation (*3 arm does not allow for free passage in an emergency). The Elite Ultra offers completely free and unhindered exit in an emergency situation as well as enabling up to 25% more pedestrian throughput than traditional turnstiles. Providing superlative indoor admission and entrance control, the Elite Ultra also features low energy consumption and a virtually maintenance-free mechanism. It has been designed to reduce the number of barriers and readers traditionally required for environments that experience high volumes of pedestrian traffic significantly reducing the overall space requirements, installation investment and ongoing operational costs.

A motor driven turnstile using sensors, synchronises the rotating arms to the speed of the person passing through.
